Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Orders with delivery addresses outside these regions will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Express delivery is available within 1–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or peak periods.

All parcels are carefully packaged and shipped securely through trusted shipping partners.

 

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for EU orders over €40.

For all other EU countries, free shipping is available on orders over €60.

Free shipping is available for orders to the United Kingdom and the United States over €75.

Shipping costs for orders below these amounts are calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply.

These costs are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Unsupported Addresses

Please make sure your shipping details are complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Orders placed with addresses outside our supported shipping regions will be cancelled and refunded.
