Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nõya Care.

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Opened hair oil or scrub products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can offer a suitable replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@noyacare.nl and include your order number, the product you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we have received and inspected your returned item.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
